Because we can't just do a regular potato salad, this sweet potato salad is a game changer. Add some roasted red peppers, your favorite spice, and this dish could be the star of your next cookout. _ Ingredients 2 diced sweet potatoes ​1/2 of a diced butternut squash 1 roasted red pepper (from a jar is fine!) 1/2 chopped onion 1-2 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp Teeny Tiny Spice of choice! Salt and Pepper to taste _ Instructions Start by chopping squash and sweet potato into cubes and put in a large pot to boil until soft, then drain and let cool. While squash and potato are boiling, sauté onion in some olive oil or ghee until translucent. When all components are cooled and ready, add to a large bowl and top with a dollop of mayo. I like to make my own, and you can do it easily with this recipe. Add 1 tbsp of spice, salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. I like to smash my potato and squash a bit. ​Refrigerate until cool, then enjoy!

Think strong thoughts. I use my training as a form of meditation...today's lifting meditation centered around the power of thought...we must build and strengthen our mindset just as we do our bodies. The body is a strong machine, but you have to run it with a powerful mind. Your predominant thoughts influence your behavior and attitude and control your actions and reactions. As your thoughts are, so is your life.
