That's again same calories (1680). Loads of prawns for tomorrow Breakfast: 150g cottage cheese, 10g chia seeds, 80g mango, 1tbsp honey. Lunch (it's not here because I like it fresh): 2 pouched eggs, 100g tomato, seeded GF LOAF. Meal 3: 70g roasted chicken, 100g sweet potato, 100g fine green beans. Meal 4 same as meal 3.
